Spring Valley Sales Co. was founded in 1979 by Richard “Dick” Schwade in Spring Valley, Minnesota. What once started as a full-time livestock auction facility eventually transformed into a complete farm and home auction business.

In 2022 Kevin & Mindy Grabau purchased Spring Valley Sales Co. from Dick & Julie Schwade. Kevin and Mindy continue to sell everything from the farm to the home, including the real estate.
